Return of our Pop Up Shop!

We're supremely excited to announce the return of our pop up shop at two more CrossFit competitions over the coming months! So you will be able to get your hands on and see our gear up close and in person, which is something that we are very, very keen on you guys having the chance of doing.  We will have a dedicated post for each of the competitions we talk about in this post which will be coming to the website very soon, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for that. But anyway, we've confirmed our pop up shop will be at CrossFit Cheltenham for their two day, mixed pairs, and same sex three's competition on Saturday September...

WODproof Men's Individual Throwdown at CrossFit Llantrisant

We're super excited to announce here on our website and blog that on July 8th, we will be at the WODproof series, men's individual throwdown at CrossFit Llantrisant with a vendor stand as well as providing some super cool prizes for the podium finishers. This competition is the first of what will hopefully be many more very successful competitions run by WODproof. We're super excited and supremely appreciative of the opportunity to be involved in what promises to be an extremely exciting and fun event for those looking to really dig in to competing for the first time! The Poseidon Throwdown - CrossFit Boat Shed, August 19th

For those of you that have been keeping track on the Fortem Vlog, or on the vlog of our owner, Kieran Douglas Jones, you will know that over the coming week and months we will be at a few competitions across South Wales with vendor stands, as well as providing some excellent prizes for the podium finishers. Self Discipline, CrossFit, Nutrition and your Life

Getting the best from your training, from CrossFit, your nutrition and even your life is very often down to your own self discipline. Some people just have it, you see them waking up at 5am to hit the CrossFit box before work, or prepping their meals for the entire week on a Sunday evening. How to Improve Your Movement Efficiency for CrossFit

As we mentioned in a recent blog post The Importance of Movement Efficiency in CrossFit. Being able to move well and move efficiently in a variety of movements is definitely importance to your CrossFit progression and development as an athlete.
