You work 1 on 1 with our coaches with real time athlete check-ins via call or Skype, allowing you to build a real coach-athlete relationship, truly focused on your development.


Your programming is planned, built, delivered and comprehensively tracked through the use of FitBot. Allowing our coaches to fully track your progress through your programming, via uploaded workout clips or using the comprehensive tracking tools available within the app.

Fortem Training coaches use FitBot to plan, deliver and track each athlete's individual programming, nutrition and progress.
